TwoTwoOne Issue VII - Orbit
Ends on
We invite you to submit to Issue VII of TwoTwoOne.NYC, Orbit. We are looking for work that reflects on patterns, cycles, attractions, repulsions, and the unseen forces of our nature. What keeps you in orbit? How do you protect your circle in the current political and social climate? Tell us about your personal universe.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Each area of submissions - Non-fiction, Poetry, Performance, and Multimedia - is detailed below. Submissions that do not follow guidelines will not be considered for publication. TwoTwoOne.NYC does not accept simultaneous submissions or work that has been published elsewhere. You may submit up to three times across multiple categories, given you follow each submission guideline.
AI Policy
TwoTwoOne.NYC does not accept submissions that have utilized generative AI of any kind. We believe generative platforms cannot replicate human creativity or create original work, and thus go against the principles of our publication. Prohibited platforms include but are not exclusive to: ChatGPT, Claude, Deepseek, Gemini, Grok, Meta, OpenAI and Midjourney. Exceptions are limited to non-generative AI assistive technologies such as spellcheck.
TwoTwoOne.NYC reserves the right to deny submissions that fail to comply with this policy. Any suspicion of generative AI usage will result in automatic rejection.
Accessibility
TwoTwoOne.NYC is open to all writers, scholars, and artists alike, but we would especially love to hear from marginalized voices.
